The fresh and bright flavors of Fieldwork Brewing Company will be joining us for our annual beer dinner at Bar Crudo. We have served plenty of Fieldworks craft ales in our house, and found they always have a creative beer that will perfectly match our style of seafood. Our chefs Mike Selvera and Melissa Perfit will create a thoughtful 5 course menu that will match with 5 Fieldwork beers. We will have our Fieldwork representatives Tiffany McFarland, and Tim Roberts with us this night to talk about the history of this fast-rising brewery and tell us about each beer style we’ve selected for the night. As always, we will begin with an extra beer by our featured brewery for our beer social at 6:30pm, and we will be seated for dinner shortly after. We are looking forward to celebrating Beer Week 2017, and we hope to see some new, and familiar faces joining us.
